You deserve to be happy
Psychological support in Ukrainian, Russian and Polish — in Wuppertal and online. A space where you are understood without an interpreter.
What people come to me with
There are no “too small” reasons. If something drains you every day, that is reason enough to come.
Anxiety and panic
Constant tension, panic attacks, racing thoughts, disturbed sleep, the feeling that danger is close even in a safe place.
Life in a new country
Settling into Germany, the language barrier, the loss of your former life and status, loneliness, guilt towards those who stayed behind.
Loss and the trauma of war
Grief, painful memories, numbness, flashbacks, fear for loved ones who are still at home.
Relationships and family
Conflict with a partner, a long-distance relationship, divorce, difficulties with teenage children who are growing up in a different culture.
Burnout and exhaustion
No energy for anything, work drains you, the things that used to bring joy no longer do, the body answers with pain and sleeplessness.
Self-worth and meaning
Self-doubt, difficulty making decisions, the feeling of “I am in the wrong place”, the search for a new direction in life.

Hi, I’m Oleg
I am a psychologist working in Wuppertal — with people who have started over here, and with anyone going through a hard time. We will talk in whichever language feels most comfortable to you: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish or German.
How it works
1. Introduction — free of charge
A short 15-minute conversation, so you can tell me what is going on and I can tell you whether I can help. No obligation.
2. The first session
We look at your situation in detail and put into words what you want to achieve. Already in this session you get your first concrete steps.
3. Regular work
Usually once a week, 50 minutes — in person in Wuppertal or online. How many sessions you need depends on your situation, and we decide that together.
The first step is the hardest. Take it today
Write me a few words about your situation — I reply within 24 hours.
